Write reference of user.js

user.js is the file to customize firefox. Mozilla.org prepare (almost) complete references for this file.

I decide to add this reference to my new book. Because it is useful for reader.

But I need the reference of extension or firefox's javascript more. They are not exist in public.

Of course development itself is very important. But the documents are important, too.
